“Oh, My Man, I Love Him So…”
July 16th, 2009For any of you that aren’t Barbara Streisand fans, that’s a line from the last song in the movie “Funny Girl.” I thought of it as I walked in the house yesterday, after an early morning run, to find this sweet little scene:
I’ve got myself a good man, he’s a great dad and the hardest working person I know. He’d stayed up until 3am the night before working and was still willing to help with the kids in the morning. He’ll be rolling his eyes when he reads this, but honey, I don’t care, I love you!

Nobody can sing it like Barbara…except maybe you after a good morning run and coming home to this…Missing those early runs with you. Proud of Erik…working til 3am can only say good things about his business and then taking care of the babies too…he IS a keeper:)

Great movie, classic song and yes Erik is one of the best there is - of course I’m his mom so I may be prejudiced - but I don’t think so!! Love you all and miss you all, little Will is changing so much it’s not fair that you are so far away

Great song from one of my favorite movies and very fitting. You realize that Will in this picture has a very “Grandpa Risenmay” look. I’m sure that will change in about 5 seconds but I can’t believe how big he is getting.
